Kirsty Parker has joined AluK in the newly created role of HR Business Partner. Alongside the rest of the HR team, she is focused on creating the kind of great employee experiences which will enable AluK to attract and retain the very best talent.

Having worked most recently on wellbeing, engagement and digital transformation projects for a global aerospace company, Kirsty brings valuable knowledge and expertise designed to implement new HR initiatives which will accelerate AluK’s planned future growth.
