The Flush HI version of AluK’s much loved 58BW aluminium casement window has been shortlisted by Build It magazine for its Window of the Year award.
The 58BW Flush HI is the latest addition to AluK’s 58BW series and is ideally suited to Build It magazine’s readership of self-builders, property renovators and home improvement enthusiasts.
Engineered to meet the Future Homes Standard and fully compliant with Part L (1.4 W/m2K double glazed or 1.2 W/m2K or triple glazed), the 58BW HI Flush offers the perfect combination of aesthetics, performance and versatility.
It has the flush finish and slim sightlines that contemporary buyers increasingly demand, but with a double rebate to offer the kind of outstanding weather performance which means it can be fitted in even the most exposed locations.
It can also be configured in a wide range of styles and with different opening options, in any RAL colour, and with a choice of flat, putty line or heritage style vents to suit the style of any property.
Build It’s nomination for the 58BW comes hot on the heels of two nominations for AluK in this year’s G-Awards – Commercial Project of the Year for Escapade Silverstone and Rising Star of the Year for Continuous Improvement Lead Tony Leach.
