AluK’s customised façade systems to feature on leading developer, Berkeley Homes high-end project, West End Gate
We’re delighted to share that AluK has been specified by Berkeley Homes for the prestigious, West End Gate project. The residential development situated near the junction of Marylebone Road and the Edgware Road, offers contemporary, luxury living in one of London’s most prestigious postcodes.
AluK were engaged as consultants alongside award-winning architects, Squire and Partners, to achieve the design intent with a range of integrated aluminium façade systems including; 14,000m2 of AW86 unitised curtain wall, 750 concealed vents, 241 lift and slide SC156 sliding doors and 58 77ID swing doors.

Our dedicated team have worked with partners from the design stage to ensure the exact project needs are met.’
Other partners on the project include; envelope contractor Martfier, engineers WSP and façade consultant Cladtech, Thermal and acoustic consultant BuroHappold and fire consultant Exova Warrington.

The first phase of the West End Gate complex has an expected completion date of summer 2020.
