We’re delighted to be supporting All Glass Systems on the supply of windows, doors and entrance systems for the landmark £6m Paper Yard residential development in the heart of Birmingham’s historic Gun Quarter.
AGS will be supplying the architectural aluminium package for the 77 luxury apartments and duplexes on the site, which is scheduled for completion in February 2027.
AluK 58BW HI windows, 58BD HI doors and GT55 ground floor entrance doors will feature throughout the striking, high performance building envelope, with a focus on clean lines and maximising natural light.
The name Paper Yard comes from the fact that there was previously a cardboard and box factory on the site, but it is now an area of ongoing regeneration, much in demand from city professionals.
The architects on the project are BPN and the main contractors are Kavanagh Construction.
