Penny Walker and Jane Knight have each got more than 20 years’ experience looking after customers online, face to face and on the phone. Penny has joined us from Interfit, who supply and fit tyres for forklifts, agricultural and construction machinery, and Jane has joined from telecoms specialist Mitel.
Both are already onboard with us, processing orders and spending time getting to know our customers and our products. They’re working closely with our internal and external sales teams to make sure that every I is dotted and every T is crossed on every single order, so that we can continue to deliver a service which delights customers.
Penny and Jane are both based at our Chepstow HQ so, as soon as we are able to welcome customers back into our building, be sure to say Hi!
