REPLACING OUTDATED PVC-U WITH HIGH PERFORMING ALUMINIUM

REPLACING OUTDATED PVC-U WITH HIGH PERFORMING ALUMINIUM

We’re delighted to be supporting NA Curtain Walling on a project to replace outdated PVC-U windows at St Anne’s House in Eastbourne with brand new, high performing aluminium windows and curtain walling in our 58BW HI and SL52 systems.

The project for Beard Construction on behalf of the DWP will see a major upgrade of the building both inside and out to create a brighter, more comfortable, and more efficient environment for employees and users of the Job Centre Plus facility, which is housed inside.

Because the six-storey building will remain fully operational and open to the public throughout, NA Curtain walling will be implementing a phased approach to the installation to minimise disruption and ensure complete safety on site.

Our 58BW HI window system and SL52 curtain walling are a popular and proven solution for glazed facades like this one, delivering consistent aesthetics, simplified detailing and verified thermal performance.

The architects for this refurbishment are Axis Architecture and the façade consultants are Cladtech.
