Russell Yates, Managing Director, AluK
The window and door market is certainly not for the fainthearted, and 2026 looks like it could be just as challenging as 2025. We are still likely to face a lack of consumer confidence and subdued demand in the retail market and legislative tangles and delays could continue to stifle progress in the commercial sector.
But there is still plenty of room for optimism, if like AluK, you’ve got the right product offering and the resources to be able to withstand the tough market conditions.
AluK’s portfolio has been completely reshaped over the last couple of years so that we now have the products right across our range that fabricators need to win strong margin business. That’s everything from our Heritage door and suited window system to our brand new IconiK bifold and the newly crowned G-25 Product of the Year - our S67 inline slider.
We’ll be launching even more new products in 2026 and of course backing up that innovation with an outstanding package of customer service.
