Boomtown is now a development of 39 high spec studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, but was previously an office space known as Progressive House.
The developers converted the existing space and added a two storey roof extension to maximise the value of their investment. They wanted to retain a contemporary commercial feel for the new apartments, so chose aluminium windows and doors throughout and liaised with Mega Glaze to deliver a quality, uniform look.

Boomtown features windows in AluK’s 58BW system, front doors and fire doors in our GT55 system and balcony doors in our 58BD system. They are all finished in Pebble Grey – RAL7032 on the exterior and white on the interior - successfully balancing the commercial/residential aspects of the project.
The 58BW windows and 58BD doors are all PAS24/Secured by Design accredited to provide all the reassurance buyers need on security, while the commercial specification GT55 doors used for the building’s entrance and fire doors provide the heavy duty performance required for a busy development.
